HOW TO UPDATE DEBIAN/ UBUNTU TO CCCAM 2.2.0

HOW TO UPDATE DEBIAN/ UBUNTU TO CCCAM 2.20

If your running a debian or ubuntu server and would like to update to cccam 2.2.0 here is a quick how to.

-First of all download CCcam 2.2.0 here: viewtopic.php?f=86&t=2487&p=5466#p5466

-ftp to emu/cccam on your server

-open the cccam package you downloaded and FTP CCCam.x86 to emu/cccam (overwriting the old file. or delete it first)

-next go to terminal or if you have no monitor use putty (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgta ... nload.html) and enter

    Code:
    nano /etc/apt/sources.list
    -then add next line

    Code:
    deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian testing main contrib
    - save the file (ctrl x) and then

    Code:
    apt-get update
    -When you did this then

    Code:
    apt-get install g++-4.4-multilib
-then wait till everything has been installed!

    -lastly give cccam.x86 execution rights

    Code:
    chmod 755 /emu/cccam/CCcam.x86
Thats you, reboot the server and you are now running CCcam, 2.2.0

*****UPDATE***** see 2nd post for 2.2.1 installation instructions

HOW TO UPDATE DEBIAN/ UBUNTU TO CCCAM 2.2.1

HOW TO UPDATE DEBIAN/ UBUNTU TO CCCAM 2.2.1

If you have already updated your sever to cccam 2.2.0, updating to 2.2.1 is pretty simple. Download CCcam 2.2.1 here: viewtopic.php?f=86&t=2596&p=5824#p5824

-ftp to emu/cccam on your server

-open the cccam package you downloaded and FTP CCCam.x86 to emu/cccam (overwriting the old file. or delete it first)

-then on terminal or using putty give cccam 2.2.1 execution rights

    Code:
    chmod 755 /emu/cccam/CCcam.x86
    -Reboot

If you are updating from and earlier version (2.14 etc follow the tutorial in post one but use cccam 2.2.1 instead of 2.2.0)

    CCcam-2.2.1

-added via 3.0 emu (add working *** in SoftCam.Key)
    -fixed parsing GLOBAL EMM setting
-fixed occasional freeze (bug since 2.2.0)
    -random loadbalance preference
    -smartcard fixes
